MUSIC IN MANCHESTER

 It kinda started whilst the guitarist was warming up. Webby on the decks began warming up his fingers, scratching a bit here and there, slowly at first then finding a rhythm. Mark, vocals, was waiting and impatient, he wanted to entertain to, escape into the music. He began to hum along to the noises Webby was pushing out, getting into a bit of a groove, thenthe two have clicked and Mark was away, free styling to the beats.

Body swaying, vocals rolling out, catching the momentum with unrehearsed words that flowed from his head strainght into the mic Mark realised that people had turned around to face him with "What's this?" Who are these" quizzical expressions on their faces.

This was before the gig had started proper. Mark knew it was going to be a good night. Bass and guitar now joined in, producing a bleaker, darker yet strangely attractive mix of rap, hip hop, & reggae that got people off their arises and moving next to the stage.

Feeding off the audience, Mark becomes more animated, finger pointing to "you, YES YOU", body twisting trying to squeeze the sound and feeling from his own body. By now Mark has them eagerly wanting the next thick slice of mixed beats, but as you should, leaves them wanting more
